We get an increasing number of requests for the dark retreats in our Shakti Center, and we may accompany more and more searchers on their ways. It is simply wonderful to see every single one of them achieving their transformation, and supporting them in this.
Since we shall now enlarge our activities in the new Retreat House, we want to offer more options to the dark retreat applicants, among this further well-trained supervisors. Thus, we are looking for interested participants, starting from August 2016, for our
Today I want to tell you about Kai. Kai has been studying Indian spirituality for a long time now, and has already experienced 14 days in a dark retreat accompanied by me in 2014.
Now Kai has set himself a major goal to delve even deeper into the secrets of this supreme discipline of meditation. His experiences were so positive and overwhelming that he wants to continue on this „royal road to enlightenment“, as it is called in Tibet, for up to 108 days and explore it some more. This is his wish. He is very keen to make this unique knowledge more transparent in the West. Continue reading →
As the summer is coming to an end, we may enjoy the last warm sun rays to fuel ourselves. The light of the sun charges us and gives us life force energy. But also in the darkness – especially in a “Dark(ness) Retreat” – you can receive new energy and experience for instance your inner light and even get in communication with light beings this way. Highly spiritual experiences like these offer opportunities for intense healing processes through a deeper connection with our inner self. Completely withdrawn from outer impulses, in a Dark(ness) Retreat we are able to undergo intense spiritual experiences and gain self awareness much faster than through other techniques.
If the term “Dark(ness) Retreat” is still new to you and you can’t imagine what it is about, feel free to watch my video

The days are getting shorter here, there are less sunshine hours and so the darkness takes up its space again. The life takes place now again soon inside. This gives us the opportunity for introspection, it allows us to concern ourselves with what lies hidden inwardly and what cannot be found outside.
Dealing with the darkness can be very beneficial. Metaphorically speaking, but primarily certainly quite real. The complete darkness can be necessary in order to see the inner (soul-) light. Prime through shielding all external stimuli, it is possible to fully connect ourselves with the EXISTENCE.
People often asked me whether there are any arguments that speak against a longer stay in the darkness. The answer is simple: No! You should feel healthy and should be in good physical and mental condition to be able to process all external and internal impressions accordingly.
As you might know: Groups itself have a special power. Together spiritual experiences are induced much faster. Experience shows that reciting mantras enables almost everybody to see spiritual light physically. These experiences open up the heart, take away fear and transform negative concepts in us.
Feel free to listen to the experiences of some of my participants:
